With the exception of the AeroVee Assembly DVD below, AeroConversions technical manuals can not be purchased separately from AeroConversions products. If you have lost a manual for a product that you already own, please contact our technical support staff to request a replacement.

AeroVee Assembly Manual:

Ships with all AeroVee engine kits. The AeroVee Assembly Manual offers detailed step-by-step procedures for assembling the AeroVee 2.0 engine kit. The Assembly Manual features an assembly step check list and is richly illustrated with crystal-clear photographs and illustrations. AeroVee engine kits also ship with the companion AeroVee Assembly DVD to give you added confidence in assembly of your AeroVee engine, and the Sonex/AeroVee Installation Guide.

Sonex/AeroVee Installation Guide:

Ships with all AeroVee engine kits. The Sonex/AeroVee Installation Guide gives full firewall-forward instructions for installing your AeroVee using Sonex factory-tested and proven techniques and materials for guaranteed success. The Installation guide is specific to Sonex airframes, however the guide may be applied to any airframe for a clean and simple AeroVee installation that works.

The installation guide features step-by-step instructions, firewall-forward hardware and accessory shopping lists, and crystal-clear photographs and illustrations.

Sonex/Jabiru Installation Guide:

Ships with all AeroConversions Jabiru Cooling Baffle Kits. The Sonex/Jabiru Installation Guide gives full firewall-forward instructions for installing your Jabiru engine using Sonex factory-tested and proven techniques and materials for guaranteed success. The Installation guide is specific to Sonex airframes for a clean and simple Jabiru installation that works, and much of the information can be readily applied to installation in other airframes.

Following the installation guide will help customers avoid common mistakes and will ensure successful installation and tuning of your AeroCarb.
