Sensenich Ground Adjustable Prop for AeroVee

Ground-adjustable composite propeller made specifically for use on the AeroConversions AeroVee Engine! The new Sensenich ground-adjustable prop uses the Sensenich closed-mold composite blade manufacturing process and Pitch Pin Hub pitch selection system in a new, compact propeller hub designed specifically to fit the AeroVee Engine and conform to the Sonex Aircraft cowling/spinner design philosophy.
Sensenich composite ground-adjustable propellers are manufactured using an internal pressure, closed mold system to produce a hollow, one piece blade. The blades also incorporate Sensenich's Patent-pending I-Beam construction. This process yields very repeatable blades with maximum strength, durability, and low weight. Sensenich ground adjustable composte prop blades also feature a co-cured bonded stainless steel leading edge for erosion and FOD protection. This propeller has the strength and durability to give you thousands of hours of trouble free flying.
The Sensenich Pitch Pin Hub System allows its users to set a broad range of pitches, using the system’s index pins to make adjustments. Simply loosen the hub clamping bolts, insert the desired pitch pin, set the blades against the pin, torque the mounting bolts and go flying! The entire pitch change process takes less than 5 minutes.

Note that the AeroVee prop hub depicted in the video shows the black anodized finish of actual production hubs. The machined aluminum billet spinner provided with the Sensenich ground adjustable AeroVee prop may be polished or painted by the builder. Blade and blade stripe colors are available in any combination of white, black, and red gel coats. The Sensenich/AeroVee ground adjustable prop diameter is 56 inches. Weight with spinner installed is 9.9 lbs.

The Fence Baffle Kit is laser-cut to fit every nook and cranny of the VW engine. The fences are sized and contoured for Sonex Aircraft installations, however, the fences may be trimmed or extended by customers as-needed to fit other cowl profiles.

2-into-1 Stainless AeroVee Exhaust

The 2-into-1 Stainless AeroVee Exhaust provides 2-into-1 collection on each side, using two headers and two slip-on extensions, made from 304 stainless steel. Made to exit from a small cowl opening at the bottom center of the Sonex Aircraft firewall. Customers installing the AeroVee on aircraft other than Sonex aircraft may modify or make custom slip-on pipes to fit virtually any installation. Ships with intstallation hardware and instructions. Tired of ruining your old CHT probes every time you touch your spark plugs? Introducing AeroConversions CHT Probes for Jabiru, AeroVee and other VW-based Engines!
Unlike traditional CHT probes which are installed under spark plugs, AeroConversions CHT probes are made to be attached to cylinder heads independently. For AeroVee, or any other VW head engines, the AeroConversions CHT Probe is screwed into the cylinder head with a small self-tapping screw. For Jabiru Engines, the probes are installed under cylinder head bolts.
AeroConversions CHT Probes are sold in sets of 2 probes for $30, available in either K-Type or J-Type, depending upon your instrumentation's requirements.

The AeroConversions Oil Separator is a high-quality welded and powder-coated aluminum assembly designed to save oil vs. direct overboard crankcase breathers in normal flight operations. In addition, the AeroConversions Oil Separator features an extra-high-volume design offering enhanced inverted flight performance in entry-level aerobatic aircraft, allowing oil to be retained and returned to the engine during short-duration inverted and limited negative G maneuvers.
